Privacy policy

This policy explains what Prosperity Partners Financial Services does with the information you give us. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, and what the loan is for — these are required — and optionally your email address, city, approximate loan amount, employment type, monthly income, and anything you write in the notes field.

We also record the page or advertisement that brought you to the site and your browser’s user-agent string, so we can tell which of our efforts are working. We do not collect your PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, or any document through this website. If those are needed later, they are collected separately and with your knowledge.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess which lenders are likely to consider you, and — only if you ask us to proceed — submit an application on your behalf. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your details to build a profile for any other reason.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared with a lender only after you have chosen that lender and asked us to apply. Until then it stays with us.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to unrelated brokers, marketing lists, or lead aggregators. The only other parties who may process it are the service providers that run our email and hosting, and they act on our instructions.

Your credit record

Making an enquiry here does not affect your credit score. Our initial assessment is made against published lender criteria and does not involve a hard credit enquiry. A hard enquiry is raised with a credit bureau only once you have selected a lender and given us permission to submit a formal application.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for [specify period — commonly 3 years, or as long as regulations covering loan intermediaries require], after which they are deleted. If your enquiry does not proceed and you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

How it is protected

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry records are held on access-controlled servers and are visible only to the people at Prosperity Partners who need them to do their work.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form. Withdrawing consent stops us contacting you; it does not undo anything already lawfully done.

To exercise any of these, write to sales@loanswithppfs.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case as required by law.

Grievance officer

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact our grievance officer: [name], [email], [phone]. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this section will be updated before they go live and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
